It was 60 degrees in my house when I got home from work that morning. I had had the same problem last winter, and had a technician from another company make several visits to rectify the problem, spending almost 2000.00 in the process. When it happened again, I was REALLY unhappy. So, I called Butler, and they had a technician {Mike} out in less than an hour. Mike managed to identify and fix the problem in less than two hours. It was a structural problem that was causing the furnace not to turn over, and cost less than 200.00 to repair. The other guys wanted to sell me a new furnace. Needless to say, I will be dealing with Butler in the future! This company is tops in my book! It was less than three hours from the initial phone call to the time of departure. It has been a positive experience overall. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone… Rebecca L., Dayton, OH
