Salesperson, Eddie Bennett, responded to my request for quotation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided me with additional information to help me better understand my options. I had quotes from other suppliers for similar equipment. I chose the Carrier system and the Ream water heater that was proposed by Butler which best suited my needs. They also provided me with an option to purchase a 10 year full parts and labor warranty. This met all my requirements. Butler was the most professional company and worked with me on price and service issues. Other suppliers did not seem to be as flexible and professional to work with. New equipment was installed on August 17. Installation team was extremely qualified and professional. Installation was completed in a day and a half. City inspector passed the installation and commented on the good quality of the installation. Salesperson dropped of a cover for the outside AC unit in the early fall (just one example of the high level of service he provided). Units all run as expected without problems.
